One author of each accepted abstract must regist for participation before April 30th, 2018 May 20th, 2018 (UTC/GMT +8). Abstracts will be removed from the final program of the meeting if none of their authors will have registered by that date!

* Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment is completed.
5. Confirmation letter and receipt can be printed out when the payment is confirmed.

Confirmation / Receipt
The Confirmation Letter and Receipt can be printed out through the “On-line Registration” page, when you complete the payment.
* NOTE
-The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish by June 9th, 2018.
-The Receipt can be printed only once. Please inquire the Registration Desk if you failed to print.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made in written form only and will only be accepted if received by April 30, 2018.  A cancellation fee of 100 USD will apply. The same terms apply for cancellations of the social programme, however no cancellation fee will be charged.  Any cancellations after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the full fee in accordance to the registration invoice or confirmation will be due.
