The 18th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery（CAOS-I）will be held in Beijing from June 6th to 9th, 2018. On behalf of the CAOS-I Committee, I’m proud to invite you to attend this conference.

Surgery has been revolutionized by the development of the CAOS techniques over the past decades. And it had led to a great improvement on accurate positioning and planning execution with limited surgical field, especially in minimally invasive orthopedic surgery. The new surgical models have been established for intelligent minimally invasive approach, efficient planning and precise execution. Nowadays the intelligence and robot assisted technologies have flourished all over the world and injected new vitality to orthopedic surgery.
This conference will focus on the clinical and engineering techniques of CAOS, with the theme of Computer Assisted Minimally Invasive Surgery (CAMIS). The invited speakers at home and abroad will give us brilliant speeches in the field of navigation and robotics. The latest advances will be displayed in various modes, such as surgery video demonstration, seminar, case discussions, poster presentations, workshops and satellites. It is hoped that the convening of CAOS-I in China can give a showcase for hospitals, schools, research institutes and enterprises dedicated to CAOS, a platform for communication, and an opportunity to promote common progress!
We welcome doctors, engineers, research workers, and business representatives who are engaged in research and application of orthopedic navigation and robotics to participate in the conference.
